With insurance, patients are responsible for a certain percentage of restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and other treatments). Our plan works similarly – the membership covers preventive care, and we discount restorative treatments – but it’s better. There are no caps, no maximums, and no insurance company getting in the way of your oral health.
Yes! You can add family members when you enroll in the membership plan, or at any time after.
Your full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth are required when signing up for our membership plan.
No. Smile Club membership plans are designed for patients without dental insurance. They cannot be used concurrently with dental insurance.
If dental insurance becomes available to you after you've subscribed to Smile Club, you'll need to decide whether to use your dental insurance or your Smile Club plan for each visit, as they are not to be used concurrently.
